Join Anne Hay, CSW, CWE, WSET Diploma and Ashley Rowe of Majestic Fine Wines as they break down the art of wine blending. See just how different single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon grapes taste on their own, versus together. Play winemaker with pipettes for an hour as you experiment with cask samples to make your own award winning California Cabernet blend.
Chef Dave Cuntz, of the Mahogany Grille, will provide light appetizers.

Head brewer Ken Martin will be your guide for a tour of the brewery while covering the beer making process and the raw materials that go into brewing. Ken will then lead you through a sensory analysis tasting of select styles of Steamworks beer in the courtyard.
