Experience the delicious flavors of the southwest via wines and cuisine!
Special winery guests from Texas and New Mexico will describe their  wines and why they paired so perfectly with the Chef’s courses.
Menu to include Chimayo specialties such as Passion fruit Tuna Ceviche; Crab Cake, passion fruit habanero sauce, roasted pineapple salsa; Mushroom Mole polenta cake with goat cheese; Lamb porterhouse chops, carrot-habanero puree, herb gnocchi asparagus, shitake mushroom sauté & Roasted Chipotle Rhubarb shortcake.
