Featuring Chef Arnold “Safari” Ngumbao from Africa and Chef Dave of the Historic Strater Hotel. Special winery guests from Constellation Wines US, Fosters Wines Estates, Platinum Beverage, Republic National Distributing and Synergy Fine Wines will be on hand pouring wine via six wine and food pairing stations. Wineries include Matua, Escudo Rojo, Diseño Malbec, Jean Luc Colombo, Mas de la Dame, Bellingham, Fosso Corno, Anselmi and many more…..
